    This is an accounting firm that has responsibility for accepting our condo associations payments. I sent in my payment and they accused me of putting a stop payment on my check, but they conveyed this to me through a second party. I checked with my bank and in all the years that I've been a customer my bank confirms that I've never stopped payment and that indeed the check to them was cashed by them. Now I find again through a second party that Franks shows me as not paying my condo fees, so I called them and they had no idea who I was. So far this year (07) I've paid $4000+ and they have no idea who I am? That really instills confidence. I hate to even give them 1 star.
