  Overall I had a pretty unpleasant experience with this jeweler. I brought in a watch there to have the movement replaced. They had it sent to someone and said it would take about 2 weeks. More than three weeks later without any response, I called and they said it JUST arrived and I should have a final quote in a few more days. A week later I call again and they say it'll be another day or two. FINALLY they call me and tell me it'll cost more than twice what they quoted me in the store to have it repaired (which was more than the watch was worth). No thank you. The only reason I didn't give this a one or two star review is because they finally caught on to how bad the business they were giving me was, waived the estimate fee they usually charge regardless of whether a watch was repaired or not, and rushed the watch back to me in less than a week. Perhaps their in-store service and service with actual jewelry is better, but based on my experiences with their watch guy and my initial month with little to no response from them regarding my watch, I can't recommend this jeweler to anybody.
