    I was given a bogus loan, and have been in a lawsuit with them for 4 years.(6 years now) They are crooks. Oh update! the MONTANA SUPREME COURT found there was enough material facts and evidence of fraud that they remanded US BANK stand trial for fraud. These people copied my documents, forged the deed of trust, had multiple loan applications and IRS docs with my name spelled in various ways- THEY ARE CRIMINALS. they should be held accountable. Oh I have property records/ hard evidence where their loan officer sold the SAME LOAN to 2 different banks! YEP crooks!
